Amy has spent years inside fast-moving businesses where the reality behind an idea matters just as much as the idea itself.
She has seen how quickly good intentions fall apart when the foundations are weak, the moving parts are unclear, or no one is properly taking ownership of what needs to happen next.
That experience shaped why IDEAZONE exists.
Amy wanted to help build businesses, systems, and products with more care behind them, not just exciting ideas, but things that are clear, useful, well-run, and strong enough to last.

Bethany has always been drawn to what could be better.
Through her work across systems, automation, implementation, and operations, she saw how often people accept frustrating processes and unnecessary complexity simply because “that is how it has always been done.”
IDEAZONE was built from the belief that businesses do not have to stay that way.
Bethany wants to help create smarter systems, stronger products, and better ways of working, built around people, possibility, and the freedom to do things differently.
